We're seeking an Instructional Designer to join our Amazon INGSF Learning team to support operations training content development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Instructional Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation. You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative elearning, micro-learning and more that enhances strategic capabilities within the IN GSF organization. You must be skilled in creating engaging training materials including graphics, visual designs, branded materials, posters, One Point Lessons (OPLs), infographics, news letters and video content. The role involves developing comprehensive storyboards, effective assessments, developing training videos and managing learning projects of varying scales while maintaining high quality standards. Success in this role requires strategic thinking ability with a creative problem-solving approach, excellence in project management with keen attention to detail, and good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above Must be proficient in translating content into regional languages Ability to manage data effectively through analysis and generate accurate reports Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Hands on experience on various content development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, Vyond. Use of AI tools to speed up content development process Experience in stakeholder or customer management and project management will be an added advantage Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a related industry Certified or experienced Instructional Designer Primary hands on knowledge of AI tools to creat
