Turnitin is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer based in Mexico to join our Customer Education team and help create engaging, innovative learning experiences that support customer onboarding and product adoption. You will design and develop interactive learning content that helps customers quickly build confidence and expertise using Turnitin solutions. As part of an agile, collaborative team, you’ll work closely with Product, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Customer Onboarding and Product Marketing partners to translate complex product functionality into clear, effective learning experiences.
