What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Performance Technology, or related field, 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate learning, Experience working and collaborating with SMEs and other Instructional Designers to create robust content solutions, Experience managing review cycles with multiple reviewers, Demonstrated application of adult learning theory, analysis tools and process, evaluation tools and models, assessment best practices, and learning objective construction, Ability to work with instructional design processes, tools, and templates, project management, organizational, and communication skills, Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple development projects and deadlines and adapt to project changes, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, Experience with learning management systems (LMS), Proficiency required in Articulate Storyline and Rise, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Zoom, MS Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools
