With studios in Austin, Boston, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle, Blink brings two decades of experience to research, design, and strategy for clients such as Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft, NASA, Starbucks, and USAA. This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice, which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners. Location: Onsite - 5 days/week, Berkeley Heights, NJ or Alpharetta, GA Duration: 1-year contract ## What you'll be doing Support strategy for planning, creation, and deployment of content. Effectively communicate and collaborate with other content creators, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure a unified tone, style, and voice across all content. Create, revise/maintain eLearning and Microlearning materials. Work with project team to design and develop SCORM compliant eLearning courses. Apply product-specific knowledge, using skills in graphic design, instructional design, writing, and editing. Manage all aspects of the development and project lifecycle. Analyze and translate technical and functional designs into user-friendly client learning material. Master the department selected style guides and department procedures. Identify requirements, scope, and estimation of work. Determine timeline and reporting progress to project sponsor. (Product Manager/Product Owner) Utilize online resources. (e.g., applications, databases, and test environments) Transform complex, unorganized, or unstructured data into usable information. Manage every aspect of the daily work associated with a project. Create final content for client-facing training and documentation. Outline proposed deliverables or indicate where existing deliverables will change.
