Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Training, Education, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience), Experience designing training for adult learners in a professional setting, Working knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience supporting internal learning or L&D teams, Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe, etc. ), Experience working with Learning Management Systems, Experience in nonprofit, public sector, or housing environments, A relatable, engaging facilitation style
What You'll Do.

Design and develop training in multiple formats (instructor-led training

Apply adult learning principles to create clear
and practical training
Develop learning objectives
Create scenario-based knowledge checks and applied learning activities
and compliance initiatives
Update training materials as systems
and regulations change
Support the Learning Management System (LMS)
including content organization and feedback review
Use learner feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness
