Must Have

Minimum 3-5 years (combined) business functional experience, Demonstrated skill/competence in instructional design and development, knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, content development, continuous improvement, and knowledge management, project management skills and attention to detail, presentation skills, comfortable facilitating meetings, review sessions, and providing status updates to business partners, consultation/negotiation skills with the ability to form relationships to influence and guide stakeholders effectively, Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities, Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technical environment, Ability to adhere to a hybrid working schedule as outlined by company policy

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
