What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree in Communicative Disorders or equivalent, ODE licensure as a speech language pathologist, Current State of Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology License, Bachelor's Degree in Education, current Ohio teaching certificate, 3-5 years of classroom teaching experience
Nice to Have
Certificate of Clinical Competence, 3-5 teacher mentoring experience, 2 years professional development experience educating teachers or other adults in the integration of technology for instruction and productivity using all of the following modes: modeling, one-on-one, small group, or large group
What You'll Do.
Support teacher growth and student achievement
Facilitate state-mandated programs and assessments
Provide instructional support and mentoring
Observe classrooms and provide feedback
Collaborate with teachers to strengthen practices
Increase student engagement
Support technology integration
Use data to drive instructional decisions
Ensure high-quality instruction
Build teacher capacity
Design and implement lessons and units
Support staff in using research and data
Provide mentoring to Resident Educators
Instruct teachers with curriculum resources
Co-teach and model practices
Coordinate and assist with PowerSchool issues
Participate in professional development sessions
Provide job-embedded professional development
Support curriculum implementation
Assist with identification of instructional resources
Support teachers and students with technology needs
Utilize emerging instructional practices
Recommend professional development opportunities
Adhere to Staff Handbook and policies
Represent the organization professionally
Attend organizational meetings and events
Maintain confidentiality
Collaborate with colleagues across divisions
Engage in professional dialogue
Support a positive culture of growth
Perform other duties as assigned

Collaborate with classroom teachers and specialists; Working alongside classroom teachers and school leaders; Collaborate with instructional coach colleagues across divisions; Engage in professional dialogue to strengthen relationships; Introduce new ideas and collaborate with staff
