What You'll Do.
Assist Technical Instructor in conducting technical training
Prepare learners for entry to mid-level IT jobs
Conduct technical training
Assist classroom facilitation
Consult with Instructor before providing review materials
Form and lead study groups
Determine topics for study groups
Gather necessary tools for lectures and labs
Understand curriculum
Conduct a lesson if instructor is out
Ensure equipment is returned
Utilize Learning Management System
Enter learner attendance/grades/scorecards
Provide learners with ongoing feedback
Recognize challenges early
Work with instructor and coaches to overcome challenges
Coordinate with instructors and career coaches
Enforce program rules
Promote learner success
Implement individualized study plans
Participate in learner progress meetings
Monitor learner class attendance
Enforce learner dress code
Enforce program policies
Participate in staff meetings
Conduct real-time learner data entry
