Must Have

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration/Management, MIS or related discipline and 1 year of experience in project/program management or re-engineering or process improvement, Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration/Management, MIS or related discipline followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project/program management or re-engineering or process improvement, 1 year of experience in business operations within supply chain, distribution, manufacturing and related engineering operations in a cross-functional organization utilizing sophisticated quantitative analysis and process improvement methodologies including lean process manufacturing and related performance metrics for continuous improvement, optimization and to increase efficiency within processes, 1 year of experience conducting statistical analysis and performing data mining utilizing tools including, excel and related business intelligence tools, 1 year of experience improving working efficiency, 1 year of experience in material planning, Experience working with complex data sets, Experience communicating results to senior leadership

What You'll Do.

Analyze and coordinate logistics of launch system and

Manage inventory levels to improve availability and efficiency

Forecast and manage inbound and outbound inventory flows

purchase and remove unproductive inventory

Collaborate with Vendors and other stakeholders to achieve

Continuously improve key end-to-end planning performance indicators

Ensure reliable and operationally effective flow of goods

Optimize space with supply chain

Develop and launch projects that will streamline supply

Drive operational improvements

Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate gaps in

Assist in sourcing materials

Schedule and host meetings with manufacturing partners

Reduce and eliminate shortages

Coordinate forecast with corporate

Communicate build plan to all required individuals

Plan and solve roadblocks to meeting plan

Monitor and report budget

Act as primary liaison between OEM and team

manage and drive OEM to assure goals/schedule

Generate and distribute reports

Represent planning organization in internal program meetings

Diagnose and explain complex Production and Supply Chain

Lead stakeholders through issue resolution

Lead and direct changes to production

Guide Core Team in determining production line ramp
