(2) Drives initiatives to improve customer experience, enable new capabilities, and reduce waste. (3) Answers complex business questions and makes decisions by querying and analyzing large data sets. Employer will accept three years of experience in the job offered or as a Purchasing Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Inventory Planner, or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience in business intelligence, including creation of complex queries using SQL, validation of data sets, and distillation of data into actionable insights; (2) experience in Excel, PowerPivot and Visual Basic; and (3) experience in statistics concepts and statistical software packages, including R.
