Amazon is looking for an experienced Instock Manager with a good track record in inventory or business analysis, finance or supply-chain management disciplines. This position is responsible for developing and executing cross-category level sales and inventory strategies to optimize availability and inventory turns. In this role, you will have ownership of leading initiatives that drive improvement of our procurement operations. You will also build strong partnerships with business, system, and supply-chain-operations teams to drive towards common goals. The ideal candidate is who possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development with scalable process improvement, automation, and analytics. · Plan and execute inventory strategies to optimize sales, in-stock rates, inventory turns and health for owned category · Analyze and manage own key performance indicators such as in-stock rate, demand forecast accuracy, procurement lead time, fill rate, and inventory turns · Develop and enhance SCM systems by cooperating and reviewing with system teams · Forecast and manage efficient inbound and outbound inventory flows and health including forecasting, purchasing, and removing unproductive inventory · Drive root cause analysis and reporting for operational issues, develop action plans, and lead projects with managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously · Collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive purchasing-process improvements and automation with inventing and simplifying new operations and systems A day in the life 【What's a day in the Amazon office like? 】 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0wIlMX1yUKU 【Employee Benefits】 https://www.amazon.co.jp/b?node=22292420051 Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or project management - Proven ability to communicate and present strategies to senior leadership - Strong Japanese and English skill
