Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) - Inventory Management business is transforming the grocery shopping experience through innovative retail formats. We are seeking an Instock Manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring customers find the products they want, when they want them. This role focuses on managing inventory availability and health across our grocery stores and fulfillment centers, partnering with vendors and internal teams to optimize the customer experience. Amazon's grocery business has experienced remarkable growth, with groceries becoming some of our most frequently purchased items alongside everyday essentials like paper towels and household products. We've expanded same-day delivery for fresh groceries to over 2,300 U.S. cities, with perishable items like fruits and vegetables leading customer demand. As an Instock Manager, you will be responsible for tactical execution of inventory strategies, working within defined frameworks to improve in-stock rates and reduce waste. You will analyze data to identify opportunities, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive operational improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to build foundational skills in inventory management while making a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
