What You'll Do.
Provide a high level of support and coordination to the western U. S. institutional client advisors and consultant relations team
Support ongoing ad hoc projects and business initiatives such as planning meetings
tracking deliverables
and preparing reports and meeting materials
Utilize and adapt to new technologies and software to enhance efficiency and productivity
Prepare and distribute meeting materials for the institutional client advisors and consultant relations team as needed
using tools such as PowerPoint and excel
Review and process invoices for approval and payment
Initiate and/or assist in the organization and planning of industry conferences and events as assigned
Provide administrative support
and assist with on-site client meetings
Responsible for understanding and complying with firm policies and procedures
