Reporting to the Institutional Lending Manager, this role’s primary responsibilities include facilitating the purchase of loans from our lending partners, conducting quality reviews of the loans received to ensure adherence to the program criteria, conducting ongoing monitoring of data received from our loan servicers, and assisting with some loan sale activities. **Responsibilities:** * Presents risk analysis of loans that exceed approval authority to the appropriate Manager for their resolution. * Manages loan purchase transactions with a focus on employing strong loan review skills, volume fluctuations and exceeding department goals and objectives. * Recognizes, adheres, and complies with established depart
