New business development in particular within the Short duration space

drive sales growth by creating new / developing existing relationships

Generate new revenue opportunities for the Rates business

think strategically about the business

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Have relationships with partners, senior PMs, principals and capital markets professionals at the clients you cover; work collaboratively with product partners in trading and structuring to deliver creative solutions for your client base; communicating various DB teams in a fast-paced environment; anticipating and solving problems for the group; working collaboratively
