maximizing installer sales; focusing on market entitlement; ensure highest level of customer service; maximizing customer service; minimizing expenses; ensure all commercial customer complaints are handled in a friendly, efficient and satisfactory manner; ensure all inventory discrepancies are reported and corrected promptly; provide commercial accounts with excellent customer service; ensure customers’ new, core and warranty returns are picked up and credited in a timely manner; make sure all returns are tagged/labeled correctly

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Leading technical parts specialist, good background in mechanics
Nice to Have
Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs, ASE Certification, Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
What You'll Do.
Maximizing installer sales
Directs activities of all team members
Ensure highest level of customer service
Ensure proper staffing
Assist in the hiring process
Ensures delivery specialists are routed
Ensure all commercial customer complaints are handled
Ensures delivery vehicles are serviced
Completes quarterly vehicle inspections
Report and correct inventory discrepancies
Oversees installer counter
Provide commercial accounts with excellent customer service
Makes sure orders are billed
Ensures returns are picked up
Audits installer returns
Assist with collection of past due accounts
Provides input to store manager
Utilizes all relevant company training programs
Completes routine MVR and driver's license audits
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with the store manager; collaborating with management; working as a team with the sales specialist and territory sales manager
