Full Job Description

The Synthetic Turf Field Installer is responsible for performing a variety of physical labor tasks related to the installation of synthetic turf fields under the direction of a Site Superintendent/Foreman. This role involves hands-on work, precision cutting, and attention to detail, and requires regular overnight travel to job sites. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in field setup upon arrival at the job site * Accurately handle and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings * Operate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installation * Cut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knives * Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue * Inspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignment * Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project * Support the final job site walk-through to ensure installation quality * Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager * Overnight travel 75% of the year. **ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS** * Follow all company safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor or Human Resources * Collaborate with team members to support overall project goals * Participate in cross-functional duties and provide support to colleagues when needed **Education & Experience:** * High school diploma or GED required * Previous experience in construction or field installation is preferred but not required **Additional Requirements:** * Must be at least 21 years of age * Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate * Clean criminal background required * Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings * Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel frequently **What We Offer** * Hybrid work option* * Benefits that go beyond the basics * Matching contribution retirement savings plan * Learning & development program * EAP program + family * Generous holiday schedule available *If applicable **Responsi
