Installer Assistant (Paid Training to Become Installer) Build Your Trade Career. #YouBelongHere Have you started working in the trades and ready to take the next step? At Bath Fitter, we’re looking for someone who knows the basics of construction or carpentry and is eager to grow into a skilled Installer. We’ll build on what you already know—you bring the basics, we’ll develop your skills into a long-term career. What You’ll Do Assist with bath and shower installations Measure, cut, and prep materials for install Support demo, setup, and job site organization Work alongside experienced Installers to refine your skills What We’re Looking For 1+ year of hands-on construction, carpentry, or renovation experience Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements Exposure to hand and power tools Eager, coachable, and reliable with a strong work ethic Requirements Valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 100 lbs What We Offer Paid training to advance into Installer role Tools, PPE, and uniforms provided Medical, Dental, Vision + RRSPs Paid time off however, only those selected to continue in the process will be contacted in person.
