In this role, you will play a key part in enabling, configuring, and supporting Planet products and payment solutions for our merchants. You will work across teams to ensure seamless delivery, technical accuracy, and an outstanding customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with stakeholders, and working in the dynamic world of integrated payments. **What You Will Do** **As a Payment Installations Specialist, you will:** * Fully enable and configure all Planet products and solutions (card present and e-comm products) * Test, troubleshoot, and validate Planet solutions both remotely and on-site * Liaise with merchants and internal departments to ensure solutions are delivered on time and to the correct build specifications * Ensure all solutions are configured according to required standards and compliance guidelines * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information throughout the installation lifecycle * Collaborate with internal teams to review contracts and ensure correct configurations and billing models * Provide internal and external technical advice and guidance on Planet solutions * Follow up on installations, analyze outcomes, and report on solution status * Work closely with
