What You'll Do.
Open and close job site with customer
Review contract and materials
Perform full-scope bathroom remodeling installations
Provide world-class customer experience
Address customer concerns
Coordinate solutions with leadership
Collect client payments and checks
Deliver high-touch internal communication
Provide daily GroupMe updates
Conduct daily Zoom updates with corporate office
Represent Re-Bath and Home Depot brand
Request customer reviews
Set up comprehensive home protection
and maintain company vehicles
Utilize safety cones when parked
Inspect incoming project materials
Manage trailer inventory
Keep plumbing fittings stocked
Keep caulking stocked
Utilize Restock Request Forms
Visit warehouse for stock
Schedule on-site inspections with building inspectors
Meet on-site with building inspectors
Coordinate on-site schedules with subcontractors
Lead developing Apprentices
Mentor developing Apprentices
Provide hands-on skill development for Apprentices
Provide training for Apprentices
Accurately track administrative tasks
Track daily clock-ins
Track per diem records
Track hotel booking logs
Conduct follow-up repairs for installation faults
