What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School diploma or GED, 3 years of experience installing and repairing telecommunications or cable services, Valid driver’s license, Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards, Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs of equipment as required, Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required

Nice to Have

1 year of experience working directly with fiber including single/drop fiber splicing and repair, Outstanding communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, Ability to work well under pressure in a variety of situations, Passion to learn and explore new skills each day

What You'll Do.

Serve as Installation Services subject matter expert

Mentor and peer coach Installation Services Technician I

Perform installations adhering to codes

Update customer accounts

Work in confined spaces

Troubleshoot and problem solve customer inquiries

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work collaboratively with cross functional remote teams; Act as a resource for team members; Provide guidance to technicians; Provide training to technicians

Communication Scope

Communicate with customers; Engage with customers; Provide customers with education; Utilizing communication skills
