Ideal candidates are dependable, motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced, physical environment. ## Qualifications * Must have a valid Driver's License * Must pass a background check and drug screening * Must be leagally authorized to work in the US * Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more safely * No prior industry experience needed ## Additional Information What You’ll Do * Assist installers with custom closet and cabinet installations * Load, unload, and move materials at customer job sites * Learn to safely use hand and power tools * Help assemble and install shelving, drawers, and cabinetry * Maintain clean and organized work areas * Provide a professional experience for customers What We’re Looking For * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented * Comfortable with physical labor and heavy lifting (50+lbs) * Positive attitude and interest in growing with the company * Valid driver’s license preferred Schedule Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM What We Offer * Starting pay:$20.00/hour * Paid training and career growth opportunities * Health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and sick time * 401(k) retirement plan * Company tools and PPE
