Full Job Description
A premier Saudi Arabian entertainment and hospitality company owned by the PIF. Was founded in 1997 as the nation’s first athlete representation agency, has now evolved into a global developer of iconic destinations and spectacular live experiences. The Installation Engineer in the event fabrication workshop is responsible for the hands-on assembly, setup, and dismantlement of custom-built scenic elements, exhibition stands, displays, and event structures at client venues and event sites. Working under the Installation Manager, this role ensures that all fabricated components are installed accurately, safely, and in line with approved design specifications. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled and physically capable individual with direct experience in event installation or fit-out, who can work efficiently under site conditions and tight event timelines. Key Responsibilities 1. On-Site Installation & Dismantlement • Assembly & Setup: Execute the physical installation of scenic elements, structures, branding, and custom props in accordance with design drawings and Installation Manager's direction. • Dismantlement: Carry out safe and efficient breakdown of all installed items post-event, ensuring materials are correctly packed and returned. • Drawing Compliance: Interpret and work from technical drawings, assembly guides, and site layouts to ensure accurate installation. • On-Site Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve minor technical issues during installation, escalating complex problems to the Installation Manager. 2. Quality & Finishing • Quality Checks: Inspect installed elements against approved drawings and samples, ensuring structural integrity and finish quality. • Snag Resolution: Address punch-list items and snags identified during or after installation promptly. • Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the installation and dismantlement process. 3.
