WHAT WE OFFER - Great Pay and benefits- We offer one of the best compensation packages in the industry! - Hourly base starting at $18.00/ hr. and up to $22.00/hr. based upon skills and experience. - Company uniforms and power tools - Paid time off - Medical, Dental, vision and life insurance options - 401k with match About the Role • Assist the Lead Installer in Installing home remodeling products according to Rite Window's standards. • Help Setup jobsites per the Lead Installer’s guidelines • Help with any cleanup needed to ensure a clean jobsite after the installation is completed. • Apply finish work as needed for every construction application. • Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. • Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion • Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respects install paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting final payment. What You 'll Bring: • Replacement Window & Door Installation, or carpentry experience • 6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. • Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communica
