What You'll Do.
Perform product inspections
Package products according to customer requirements
Ensure safety procedures are followed
Report unsafe working conditions
Report mechanical safety problems
Understand the product line
Know product function
Know potential product defects
Perform production verifications
Perform visual inspections
Notify Manufacturing Coordinator of defects
Utilize data acquisition software for gauging
Keep accurate documentation
Inspect parts on conveyor belts
Inspect parts in product containers
Perform liner inspections
Check glue tank level
Handle production per manufacturing specification
Record scrap accurately
Place scrap in proper containers
Assist in machine startups
Assist in machine shutdowns
Assist in line clearances
Keep machine downtime to a minimum
Keep workstation clean and neat
Utilize good housekeeping practices
Participate in Lean programs
Participate in Safety programs
Follow Food Safety policies
Assist in training of associates
Perform other duties as assigned
