# **Job Description** Rate of Pay: **$20.00** per hour starting 12 Hour Day Shift (15 Days a Month) 12 Hour Night Shift (15 Days a month): **$1.25 Shift Differential** **Quarterly Bonus Incentive Potential** **Full Benefits Package** **401K with Employer Match** **Temperature Controlled Environment** * Inspect and package plastic products of good quality. * Operate equipment efficiently and safely. * Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet. * Properly complete all required paperwork. * Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs. * Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency. * Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement. * Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely. * Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures. * Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices. # **Our Expectations** We expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
