Must Have
High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience, Ability to calculate parts requirements, organizational skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously, Ability to stand/walk for 12 consecutive hours, Ability to read, write and record in quality and production records, Ability to use hands to grasp, grip and manipulate boxes and product to inspect and pack, Ability to work with and around heavy machinery and equipment, Minimal lifting capabilities of 35 lbs
What You'll Do.
Inspect and package plastic products
Operate equipment efficiently and safely
Safely utilize basic tools
Properly complete all required paperwork
Read through process manuals
Monitor quality of production runs
Maintain continuous production runs
Maintain machine efficiency
Maintain plant cleanliness
Perform daily work-area cleaning
Proper scrap placement
Perform additional job duties as required
Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures
Follow all Safety practices
Follow Food Safety practices
Follow HACCP practices
