Coordinate customer inspectors
Monitor fabrication inspections
Monitor assembly inspections
Monitor installation inspections
Monitor testing inspections
Address customer inquiries
Oversee lower classified inspectors
Ensure thorough inspections
Initiate nonconforming materials
Document nonconforming materials
Surveil manufacturing processes
Surveil quality assurance processes
Troubleshoot problems
Develop plans to resolve issues
Investigate Trouble Reports
Plan work assignments
Arrange work assignments
Coordinate with responsible personnel
Collaborate with quality groups
Collaborate with departments
Collaborate with customers
Use production flow charts
Interpret production flow charts
Interpret quality documents
Conduct shakedown inspections
Review area for cleanliness
Ensure area is accessible
Coordinate scheduling of inspections
Notify appropriate parties
Perform inspections on behalf of customers
Supply customers with NCRs
