Must Have
High School Education or GED equivalency, 1 year experience in a Manufacturing environment, Ability and willingness to use basic hand tools (dremel/cut off tooling) and measuring devices (i. e. - dial calipers, rulers, tape measures, protractors, micrometers, gauges, etc. ) as required within department, Ability and willingness to perform electrical test methods (ohm meter, gauss meter, surge test, hi pot, etc), Basic understanding of blueprint and process sheet interpretation, including functional knowledge of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T), Ability and willingness to pass visual acuity exam upon offer, Ability and willingness to obtain Braze, Weld and Solder inspection certification as required
Nice to Have
1-3 years Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment, Basic knowledge of Quality System requirements (AS9100), Basic understanding of special process operations (e. g. , brazing / soldering / welding / coating, etc. ) as required within department, Basic knowledge of electrical components and test methods, Basic knowledge in Receiving, Electrical, or Mechanical Inspection, Preferred assembly, solder, or electronics manufacturing experience, Experience in a self-directed team environment, Familiarity with 5S & lean manufacturing knowledge

Maintain inspection records using Oracle
Inspect raw materials and purchased parts
Use statistical process control techniques
Use statistical quality control techniques
Perform job responsibilities according to specifications
Assist support functions in root cause analysis
Complete labor tracking documentation
Keep shift operators informed on operational problems
Communicate with team on product deficiencies
Report problems to appropriate resource
Work to improve efficiency and quality
Participate in and support team initiatives
Utilize proper PPE and safety equipment
Follow safety procedures
