What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be at least 18 years of age, Valid driver’s license required, High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office, Windows, and related programs, Minimum of one year of consistent employment and/or educational experience, Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future
Nice to Have
TIA certifications are preferred but not required
What You'll Do.
Inspect tractors and trailers to identify required repairs and maintenance needs
ensuring all components are thoroughly evaluated.
Accurately document inspection findings and enter detailed information into company computer communicate repair needs to the shop or service providers as necessary.
Adhere to the company tire program for all tractors and trailers.
Identify maintenance and repair opportunities on equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance.
Follow all applicable TIA rules
and company protocols to ensure personal safety and the safety of drivers.
Resolve issues efficiently to support drivers and customers while delivering exceptional customer service.
Consistently follow established procedures
and operational guidelines.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide constructive feedback to leadership.
Promote and share best practices across the team to improve operational efficiency.
Maintain a professional work environment and consistently demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
