What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, Electro-mechanical knowledge, electrical schematics, mechanical drawing and dimensional annotation comprehension, Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Knowledge of AutoCAD software, Able to work with and communicate cross functionally with operations, quality and other departments, Ability to speak and understand English

What You'll Do.
Calibration and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
Time study and line balancing
Installation and modification of workstations
Create / modify work instructions
Layout and tooling design
Support new product introduction activities
Leading improvement projects
auditing and providing guidance to line operators
Processing test runs and preparing records (breakdown events
and graphs of results for presentations to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products
Providing technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel
Line change configuration
