What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or a related field, 2+ years of people management experience, including leading and developing teams and managing day-to-day operations, Proven ability to lead with professionalism and composure under pressure, working knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and facilities operations, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Proven ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and make practical, timely decisions

serving as the direct people manager for all Facilities staff
providing day-to-day leadership
and workload prioritization
setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability for performance
delivering ongoing coaching and feedback
managing team dynamics and operational challenges
owning facilities billing
expense reconciliation
and budget tracking and adherence
reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy
real-time tracking of facilities operating expenses (OPEX)
providing regular budget updates
supporting planning and execution of capital projects (CAPEX)
exercising sound judgment in balancing cost
and operational impact
