Life Insurance License (LLQP) or willing to obtain the license within 6 months of the hire date, Post-secondary education or the equivalent, Excellent organizational skills, Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, Driver’s license and vehicle mandatory
Nice to Have
Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets, Knowledge of all lines of business (Life, Living Benefits, Wealth) an asset, Financial Acumen – sound knowledge of financial markets, fundamentals of financial planning, Understanding of competitive landscape and marketplace
What You'll Do.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with brokers
Develop new relationships in specific territories
Increase sales of RBC Insurance product
Partner with Sales Consultant for business plan
Establish relationships with marketing staff
Provide insight and sales ideas
Position RBC Insurance products & solutions
Advance the sales process with new prospects
Maintain contact management system
Develop follow-up strategy for brokers
Attain weekly metrics

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Sales Consultants; Partner with Sales Consultant
Communication Scope
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
