Associate degree or technical certification in a related discipline, 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas, 2 years of experience selling over the phone, 6 months of experience selling telecommunications products and services
What You'll Do.
Handle inbound business customer calls
Provide overflow support across additional call queues
Assist with misrouted inquiries
Follow up on sales opportunities
Follow up on installations
Follow up on customer inquiries
Generate new business leads
Request referrals from existing customers
Cultivate long-term client relationships
Educate customers on installed products
Educate customers on service offerings
Educate customers on billing and charges
Listen to customers to understand needs
Offer tailored solutions
Develop proposals based on clients’ business needs
Deliver presentations based on clients’ business needs
Assess the serviceability of client locations
Negotiate pricing with clients
Negotiate service levels with clients
