Must Have

relevant education in a commercial field or equivalent experience, understanding of technical or complex products, experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment with exposure to phone-based and digital sales, experience supporting or leading teams and helping others develop, ideally in a sales or customer-facing environment, ability to drive change and continuously improve team performance, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions, proactive mindset with openness to change and continuous improvement in ways of working
