What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of professional experience in sales, including end-to-end prospecting, Prior experience selling through multiple channels: phone, email, chat, or in person, Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, Curiosity and passion about electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market and competitive landscape, Meet or Exceed KPI metrics, Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year, Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire, Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable

What You'll Do.
Manage a full sales-cycle from prospecting through sales activation in geographies that are unserved Lucid markets
Follow up on leads in a designated market area from various channels such as corporate marketing events (i. e. pop-ups)
Use a consultative sales approach to influence customer purchase by understanding Lucid products and processes while also developing business acumen
Effectively gauge customer needs through personalized interactions and insightful questioning
Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Lucid products to offer tailored solutions
Take initiative to understand competitor models
and packages in order to educate customer on why Lucid
Build and nurture customer relationships to foster brand loyalty
Utilize Salesforce as CRM tool to track and manage customer interactions with consistent engagement
Maintain and build a robust sales pipeline through disciplined practices
