What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of experience in construction supply or distribution, Product knowledge of concrete accessories, chemicals, tools, fasteners, erosion control, and waterproofing products, Mechanical aptitude, Working knowledge of hand and power tools, schematics and diagrams, Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, Ability to exert up to 30 pounds of force frequently, Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly, Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, Using feet and legs and/or hands and arms, Stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling are required frequently, Lifting and substantial use of upper extremities and back muscles, Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, Ability to make the discriminations sound, Typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand
What You'll Do.
Process customer orders accurately through order entry systems
Pull and prepare orders for fulfillment
Generate and deliver customer quotes based on product
Maintain and update customer records through consistent data
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders
and inventory prior to
Support inside sales efforts through administrative and order
Track order status and proactively communicate updates to
Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention
