The Brief

“Inside Sales/Shipping and Receiving Associate at White Cap. Service customers via telephone and/or walk-ins. Ensure counters are properly stocked”

Eligibility Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes, Ability to make repetitive movements

Must Have

0-2 years of experience

High attention to details, Good communication skills, Able to work with a team, Able to perform repetitive tasks

Service customers via telephone and/or walk-ins

Ensure counters are properly stocked

Interact with customers

Resolve customer-related and service-related issues

Act as liaison between warehouse

Pick and pack goods to be shipped

Prepare identifying information and shipping instructions

Determine method of shipment

Prepare all required and supporting documentation

Ensure timely shipment of materials

Ensure customer satisfaction

Check and sign delivery slips

Assist with unloading

transport and store goods

Inspect and verify incoming goods

Organize distribution and shipping of merchandise

Make necessary verifications against documents

Route goods to appropriate storage areas

Maintain internal record-keeping systems

Contact transport companies and suppliers

or return merchandise

Maintain storage area

Organize and place stock on shelves

Ensure area is secure at all times
