3-5 years of experience in field sales/inside sales roles, Above average written and verbal communication skills, Proactive and action oriented, with problem-solving abilities, Experience working in a process driven environment with experience in using CRM in a disciplined manner, Customer focused and interpersonal and communications skills, Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations

Managing the Service Reminder Program

Driving revenue growth for the department

Engaging customers through telecommunication

email and meetings to generate sales through quotations

Responding to customer inquiries about programs

Generating and providing preliminary servicing quotations to clients

Executing and participating in marketing activities

and analyzing daily performance metrics

Ensuring timely order shipments to customers

Managing and overseeing the sales funnel in SFDC for the assigned territory

Overseeing the collection of payments from customers
