We have pioneered the world’s first drug-free wearable therapy, clinically proven to alleviate symptoms in adults with drug-resistant Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to focus on lead generation and conversion for Nidra Therapy, supporting individuals living with Restless Legs Syndrome. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building pipeline, engaging prospective customers, and converting interest into qualified sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, metrics-driven, and comfortable managing the sales process from initial outreach through conversion in a high-activity environment. This role works closely with Marketing, Patient Access, and Sales leadership to drive growth and expand patient access to therapy. This is a remote, temp-to-hire position. Schedule: Coverage schedules may include: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Candidates do not need to reside within a specific time zone but must be able to consistently support their assigned schedule Responsibilities: Proactively generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach, including phone calls, email, text messaging, and other digital channels Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert leads into active sales opportunities Educate prospective customers on Nidra Therapy and guide them through the decision-making process Build rapport and establish trust with prospective patients while effectively handling objections Consistently meet or exceed activity, conversion, and s
