Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Drive new business acquisition by prospecting and identifying potential small business customers, while actively expanding market share within the assigned territory. Manage and grow existing client relationships by responding to inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities to increase revenue. Develop and deliver tailored value propositions that address customer logistics needs and position appropriate service solutions. Collaborate with internal teams through regular meetings and training sessions to align on strategy, performance, and customer engagement approaches. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support informed sales strategies and improve customer positioning. Requirements: This role requires a strong foundation in B2B sales, ideally within logistics, transportation, or a related service industry, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
