You’ll follow-up and qualify prospective customers (sales leads), and sign post them to the sales people for more detailed discussions. Ultimately you will be the potential customer’s first point of contact. Whilst the core role will be administration based, over time we’ll help you to develop a good understanding of our technical products and enable you to progress a successful career within Sales. * Communicating with customers to understand their needs, requirements, and identify further sales opportunities * Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information * Maintaining and improving the database of prospects * Building quotes using a CRM tool * Researching for new leads * Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers * Upselling products and services * Working with channels/ partners across the region **Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:** To be successful in this position you will as a minimum be: * * Qualified to
