The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will assist the RSE in hunting and prospecting new opportunities within an assigned territory, while also maintaining and assisting in the expansion and growth potential with already established OEM’s within that territory. The sales process will consist of making outbound sales calls and acting on qualified leads. The ISR will provide quotes to customers, review sales orders for accuracy, and enter sales orders. The ISR will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations, assisting with logging opportunities and registrations into the CRM, managing new opportunities to completion, and providing sales forecasting for their segment of the customer base. Must be located in PST, MST or CST time zone Responsibilities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Re-establish and expand the growth potential for dormant and existing customers Understand customer needs and requirements to match them to the appropriate product in our expanding portfolio Work closely with management, internal team members, external sales, and service teams to generate high customer satisfaction Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance Research and provide recommendations on new solutions Recommend profit and service improvements Provide quotes for customers R
