Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience, 5+ years inside sales experience, Proficiency with CRM tools, Proficiency with Excel, Proficiency with Word, Experience supporting B2B OEM accounts, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
SAP proficiency preferred, Experience in Aerospace, Experience in Defense, Experience in Space, Experience in Industrial Semiconductors, Familiarity with semiconductor leaders, Understanding of program-based selling, Understanding of NCNR terms, Understanding of long product lifecycles, Experience with authorized distribution partners, Knowledge of ITAR/EAR export compliance
What You'll Do.
Manage customer accounts
Enable execution of design-in programs
Enable execution of production programs
Act as interface between customers and teams
Ensure accurate execution
Ensure customer satisfaction
Support assigned OEM accounts
Support distributor accounts
Manage pricing updates
Support pricing agreements
Support non-standard terms
Maintain customer data in CRM
Maintain pricing data in CRM
Maintain opportunity data in CRM
Act as primary inside contact for order status
Act as primary inside contact for lead times
Act as primary inside contact for delivery coordination
Support bookings tracking
Support revenue tracking
Assist with program lifecycle tracking
Coordinate with supply chain on allocation
Coordinate with supply chain on NCNR
Coordinate with supply chain on long-lead items
Interface with planning
Interface with operations
Interface with quality
Interface with engineering
Interface with finance
Support export-controlled programs
Assist field sales with customer calls
Assist field sales with presentations
Assist field sales with program reviews
Assist field sales with account plans
Support promotion of semiconductor products
