What You'll Do.
Operate curbside sales
Operate counter sales
Operate on the yard sales
Collect customer lawn care needs
Direct requests to turfgrass professional
Assist customers with delivery inquiries
Assist customers with availability inquiries
Assist customers with price discrepancies
Balance cash register
Work with Store Managers
Work with Inside Sales Representatives
Communicate with Company Call Center
Communicate with Service team members
Respond to customer requests
Assist with operational demonstration
Handle products weighing up to 50 pounds
Process product returns
Process reimbursements
Tabulate requested quotes
Communicate with members of other nodes
Inform management of activity
Maintain inside working areas
Uphold a safe culture
Uphold a safe work environment
Perform assigned tasks
