Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions—whether over the phone or in-person—ensuring every customer feels valued. Collaborate with Outside Sales reps to drive sales and resolve customer needs. Process orders, track inventory, and coordinate product transfers to meet customer demands. Educate customers on promotions, new products, and industry trends to maximize sales opportunities.
