Process customer quotes and orders
Build customer relationships
Support sales and profitability goals
Be subject matter experts
Develop best practices

Quote product and enter orders
Follow up on outstanding quotes
Send technical specifications
Confirm estimated ship date
Determine best carrier
Review holds on orders
Communicate changes in ship date
Provide shipping information
Process intercompany orders
Support Credit and Collections
Respond to material returns
Reconcile customer accounts
Maintain customer contact information
Communicate sales activity
Help with sales of slow moving products
Communicate pricing updates
Identify threats and opportunities
Request and distribute customer forecasts
Create and distribute reports
Increase customer usage of systems
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal partners; Work closely with Sales Managers; Communicate all pertinent sales activity and opportunities to the Commercial team
