Must Have

1–3 years of inside sales experience, communication skills, presentation skills, consultative selling skills, Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment, Experience with CRM tools, proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel, Self-starter with high integrity, work ethic, and motivation to grow within a sales career path

Point C is a National third-party administrator (TPA) with local market presence that delivers customized self-funded benefit programs. Point C is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of our self-funded health plan administration services. In this role, you will engage employers, brokers, and consultants through phone, email, and virtual meetings to generate and close new business. Working closely with outside sales representatives and reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations, you will be an integral part of our national sales team — serving as the first point of contact for prospects and driving pipeline momentum from initial outreach through a seamless handoff to field sales. This is a high-impact role for someone eager to build a consultative sales career in the healthcare and TPA space, with direct exposure to a seasoned sales organization and a clear path for growth.
