Must Have

Motivated, self-starter, Interest in sales, business development, or technology, communication skills, willingness to pick up the phone, organizational skills and attention to detail, Knowledge and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite or similar, Desire to learning new tools and systems via self-paced learning, A positive attitude, curiosity, and desire to grow

What You'll Do.

Learn OPSWAT’s products

Shadow Account Executives and support active sales opportunities

Gain experience using CRM and sales tools

Support Account Executives with day-to-day sales operations and deal execution

Research accounts and contacts to support territory development and account planning

Schedule meetings with existing clients and ensure smooth handoffs from Account Executives and Account Managers

Re-engage dormant accounts and assist with scheduling and preparing client QBR’s

Assist in account mapping between Account Executives and Channel Partners

Keep customer and opportunity information up to date in the CRM

and basic order processing

Help prepare meeting notes

and account summaries

Coordinate internally to keep sales activities moving forward

Track activity and progress with guidance from your manager

and continuously improve

Build skills that prepare you for future roles in sales or account management

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner directly with veteran Account Managers and Account Executives; work closely with sales leadership, engineering, and customer teams; Support Account Executives with day-to-day sales operations and deal execution; Assist in account mapping between Account Executives and Channel Partners; Coordinate internally to keep sales activities moving forward
