This role manages the full sales cycle, from lead conversion to ongoing campaign support, with a focus on driving fundraising kit sales and increasing customer retention. The role operates in a phone-based, territory-focused model and partners directly with organizations such as schools, sports teams, and local groups to successfully plan and execute fundraising campaigns. **How You 'll Make an Impact:** **Lead Conversion & Customer Acquisition** * Contact assigned leads within a defined territory to present fundraising program offerings and convert prospects into active customers. * Manage a pipeline of leads and active customers within the assigned territory, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales cycle. * Conduct needs-based conversations with organizers to align fundraising solutions to their goals, including schools, teams, religious groups, and other non-profit community events. * Manage the full sales cycle, including lead conversion, fundraising support, kit sales, and customer follow-up. * Maintain a consistent outreach cadence to maximize lead conversion and effective territory coverage. **Campaign Support & Seller Enablement** * Provide guidance to organizers on how to execute effective fundraising campaigns, including promotion strategies and participant engagement approaches. * Share best practices, tools, and practical tips to help increase participation and drive order volume during active campaigns. * Monitor campaign progress and proactively engage with organizers to improve
